Aircraft Stamping Company provides short-run metal production services including a variety of metal products, i.e., bus bars, weldments, formings, housings and small assemblies. We specialize in the utlization of the following most commonly used manufacturing materials:

• Hot roll and cold rolled steel
• Stainless steel (all alloys)
• Aluminum alloys, both commercial and aircraft
• Copper and brass alloys
• Titanium
• Plastics, ie lexan, nylon, delrin, vinyls, and phenolics

General Work Statement

Aircraft Stamping Company has historically worked with all the various materials listed above. Although most of these parts are typically produced from a 48 x 48 blank, we do have the capability of running parts up to 8 ft. in length. Our primary business is precision sheet metal, but we also have stamping and machining capabilities.

Our goal is produce quality products for a wide-range of customers and in order to accomplish this goal, we fabricate parts from a blue print and are able to produce a complete and product including plating, painting and silk screening, etc. Our normal working tolerance is + or - .005 or -.030.

As a general rule, the most common products we produce are panels, brackets, chassis, weldments, machined parts, stampings and small assemblies.
